COVID-19 update

The page has key resources from the European Association of Palliative Care including information from affected countries and a list of palliative care related guidelines and publications. 

The Centre to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) has published a COVID-19 response resources toolkit.  Resources are being continuously added to their site and palliative care teams can submit documented procedures and policies that they have developed. 

The page also includes links to resources from the Institute’s breathlessness support service for the management of breathlessness.  (Please note it is not advisable to use a fan currently due to the possibility of droplet spread)

The Institute’s first paper on the experience of COVID-19 in Italy has been published in preprint:
