Cicely Saunders Institute Turns 10

This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Cicely Saunders Institute at King’s College London. The Institute was opened on 5 May 2010 by HRH The Princess Royal.
For ten years the Institute has provided high-quality palliative care for patients in South East London and the surrounding area and combined this with teaching and research, creating a multi-professional environment examining every aspect of palliative care. Read more

To celebrate this milestone, the Institute is hosting a series of events, including:
- Monthly research seminars
- Lecture series
- Patient and Public Involvement workshops
- Celebration events welcoming back past staff and alumni
