Unfortunately, I have never met Cicely personally but I am very grateful to be inspired by her ideas, visions, and her energy in caring for the dying through her quotes, papers, statements, and living examples of the worldwide hospice movement. But most important, I have met and have the honour to work with people who were personally inspired by her and who carry her light through the world.

My light for Cicely is standing on my dining table in London surrounded by things from work and private life.
