My mother and I were very blessed to have Cicely in our lives. This lamp is situated in the room where she would always stay whenever she would come and visit us. The light also illuminates our favorite photograph of her as well as several beloved drawings made by my grandfather, Cicely's husband. My grandfather made these drawings on a trip with Cicely to San Francisco in 1981 when they came to celebrate their wedding and to meet me. I was seven months old. Through the years, and after my grandfather's passing we kept in close touch with visits in San Francisco and London. 

My mother and I cherish our last memory with Cicely, in late 2004 when we travelled to London to say goodbye to her.  We miss her and she will always be in our hearts.
