My Grandmother Cicely was for me like this lamp from my home - full of soft and gentleness light.

My light for Her is book entitled "Occupational therapy in palliative / hospice care" which I wrote in 2007.

I dedicated this work to Her and my Grandfather Professor Marian Bohusz-Szyszko.

Thank You very much Grandmother for Your love, for all the creative talks, consultations and reflections, for the knowledge about palliative / hospice care conveyed to me, for sharing with me Your perennial experience of helping terminal patients and of working with therapeutic teams looking after such patients and for inculcating into me that the priority of such a care is the idea conveyed by Christ's words: "Watch with me".
